PRESS: Independent Petroleum Company buys Inga, Trans-Oil
MOSCOW, Dec 12 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Independent Petroleum Company, owned by Rosneft ex-president Eduard Khudainatov, bought Ruspetro's former production assets, Inga and Trans-Oil, in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, business daily Kommersant reported on Tuesday citing a source.
“As Kommersant has known, the buyer of Ruspetro's former production assets in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Inga and Trans-Oil – became the structure of Eduard Khudainatov's Independent Petroleum Company, which already has production areas in the area,” the daily reported.
In November, Bank Trust sold at an auction 100% in Inga and Trans-Oil and the rights for claims under credit agreements with the companies for a total of more than 20 billion rubles. The winner was not disclosed.
